Training
New franchisees and their restaurant managers undergo a rigorous 60-day training program with emphasis on operations, staff management, customer service, our high standards of food preparation and presentation and management systems, reporting and our HAACP-compliant Quality Control program.
Purchasing and Supply Chain
We currently use two approved food service suppliers, U.S. Foods and PFG. We negotiate directly with food producers and manufacturers to ensure the best possible price within current market conditions. As we continue to expand our combined buying power, we will provide leadership to negotiate ongoing food cost savings and improved margins.
Marketing
Our primary marketing objective is to communicate our unique food quality, service, décor and five day part format (breakfast, lunch, dessert/lunch, dinner and bar using local media, supporting community organizations, and sponsoring a variety of special events. We will assist you in developing regional and local store marketing programs in your area.
Information Systems
We currently are evaluating two excellent point-of-sale systems. Our intention is to standardize the POS system and to develop a simple-to-access, data-rich warehouse of information to serve as our platform from which we measure key metrics and develop a database of customer information.
Site Selection and Restaurant Design
We will evaluate sites you have identified, utilizing our Site Review Package. We also will provide standardized restaurant plans and specifications, including our most updated décor and equipment package, along with ongoing support during your restaurant development stage.
Culinary
Our highly trained and eggsperienced culinary team works year round to identify new trends and to develop new and exciting menu items which ensures we remain on the cutting edge of innovation, authenticity, food quality and menu variety.
